If you have great knowledge of local transport routes and travel agencies, possess strong organizational skills, are flexible and are looking to join a dynamic import, retail and trade enterprise, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Package Reception & Forwarding: Safely receive incoming stock and customer dispatches in Bafoussam and forward packages to neighboring towns via local travel agencies.
Last-Mile Delivery: Coordinate or handle direct order deliveries to customers within Bafoussam and Edea
Logistics & Package Tracking: Maintain clear records of received, dispatched, and delivered packages to ensure timely handoffs and zero loss.
Customer Communication: Serve as a polite, professional point of contact for customers during local order pickups and deliveries.

Candidate Qualifications
Based in Bafoussam or Edea: Must be a permanent resident of Bafoussam or Edea with in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods and agency transport hubs.
Reliable Communication: Must have an active smartphone with regular WhatsApp and phone call availability.
Have mobile money account
Trust & Integrity: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Experience: Prior background in retail coordination, delivery, or agency logistics is an added advantage.
